Live Case Supervision (LCS)

RayLign facilitates a case study of your choosing, traditionally a client in transition representing potential revenue at risk or a prospect that you are struggling to land. These cases should be representative of one or multiple business issues you are wrestling with as a firm. We help assemble a cross-disciplinary group of 10-12 participants to discuss the case and get immediate feedback from colleagues and us. The group will analyze ways to help with the client/prospect situation, as well as opportunities and implications to impact the broader organization.
