Damon L. Hart, Managing Partner – Investments

Damon is Founder and Managing Partner for Raylor responsible for investments supervision, development and maintenance of all trading and technology systems and infrastructure, compliance and risk management. Damon founded Xplor Capital Management in 2001, which was combined to form Raylor in 2011. Prior to Xplor, he was a Partner at The Millburn Corporation, a leading Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) and Commodity Pool Operator (CPO). Damon holds a Master of Computer Science and B.A. in Chemical Physics summa cum laude from Rice University.

Gregory RogersManaging Partner – Business Management

Gregory T. Rogers, Managing Partner – Business Management

Greg is Founder and Managing Partner of Raylor, responsible for day-to-day business management of the organization. Raylor was originally designed to fulfill a personal investment need, basing the firm’s guiding principles upon his extensive experience in money manager due diligence, business consulting, and leadership of a publicly-traded investment management firm. Greg brings extensive expertise in the areas of strategic consulting, investments, investment consulting, process and project management, and family dynamics.

Previously, Greg served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at publicly-traded asset manager John A. Levin & Co., and Managing Director at leading institutional investment consultant, RogersCasey, founded by his father Stephen Rogers. While at RogersCasey, he helped lead the development of the strategic consulting practice that serves global investment managers that included Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Fidelity and Angelo Gordon, supporting projects around the world.

Greg is affiliated with a variety of thought leadership organizations as Executive Committee and Board Member for The Ackerman Institute for the Family, and as member of TIGER21, the Family Firm Institute and Collaboration for Family Flourishing. Greg has taught at the IPI Wharton Private Wealth Program, as well as at the University of Connecticut, regarding the subject of perpetuating well-being for families across generations. He has an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Organizational Behavior from Brown University.

Lauris LambergsCIMA®, Partner – Business Development

Lauris S. Lambergs, CIMA®, Partner – Business Development

Lauris is responsible for the business development of Raylor. Previously, he was Director at StrategicPoint Investment Advisors, one of New England’s leading wealth managers. Additionally, he served clients ranging from institutions to independents as Vice President, Global Business Development at AllianceBernstein, and Vice President, Sales Director at Columbia Management. He started his career as a Consultant with Deloitte and PwC.

He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation as well as the FINRA Series 3 & 65 licenses. Lauris earned his B.A. in French & Political Science from Duke University and his M.B.A. from the Riga Business School in Riga, Latvia. Lauris speaks five languages to varying degrees of fluency.

Andrew ZintOperations Specialist

Andrew joined Raylor Asset Management Group, LLC in October 2014 in an operational support role. He assists with compliance, reporting, trade-support, risk management and control functions. Prior to Raylor Asset Management Group, LLC, Andrew was a member of the Graduate Training Program at UBS Investment Bank ("UBS"). As part of this program, Andrew held roles in three separate areas within the Finance department, including product control and valuations across multiple desks and businesses. Andrew holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
